Madeleine Raiche let her “Little Sunshines” brighten the 2007 Garden of Knowledge fund raising campaign. On July 2nd, 2007 the Shediac Public Library accepted a wonderful donation from the well known artist Madeleine Raiche.

Her gift of five paintings depicting colorful scenes of children reading is currently on display in the library. Each painting is priced at $275. All money from the sale of these paintings will go towards the 2007 Garden of Knowledge fund raising campaign. These funds will help the library purchase books for children and teenagers.
